Made of commercial-quality stainless steel, this Pyrex Accessories Professional series candy and deep-fry thermometer measures temperatures up to 400 degrees F. The dial has large, easy-to-read numbers in 50-degree increments from 150 to 400 degrees. A good-size clip on the side enables you to attach it to your pan.
